(Plot Twist) My Newsletter Is Changing...Quite Rapidly

& an invitation to embark on a mystical journey

I want to be honest with you about where this newsletter is heading — because I’m being pulled in a different direction, and that affects subscribers and paid members alike.

I know some of you will welcome this. Others might not. And to be honest, that’s okay.

Over the past years, I’ve had so many mystical experiences and awakenings that this transition has stopped feeling optional. Staying put in my comfort zone simply isn’t available to me anymore.

So here’s what’s happening.

The Fork In The Road

Over the last few years, I’ve been presented with the same fork more times than I can count.

Every time, fear won. I turned left. Left is safe — it’s the marketing support, the strategy, the place I know I’m competent, where I feel I’ve “earned the right” to make a living, the offering I can explain at a dinner party without catching the side-eye.

Right has always been there too, though. Quieter, much more tender, yet powerful. Lately, however, it’s gotten loud and impossible to ignore.

And now it’s time for me to turn right.

What Right Actually Is

Right is the world of mystical experience — of “superhuman” ability that isn’t superhuman at all, just forgotten. The extra senses that never made it into the five-sense diagram in the textbook. The stuff the materialist world doesn’t have language for yet, but is, I think, slowly waking up to.

I denied this lane for a long time. Fear kept me out of it. But mystical experience after mystical experience has woken me up to a reality that feels more true, and honestly, a lot more vivid than the one most of us settle for.

What I have been exploring these past few months: Mindsight

One of the specific things I’ve been exploring — and have seen firsthand — is an ability called ‘mindsight’: simply put, the ability to “see” without using your eyes. A lot of the world seems to be waking up to this too. Some call it interocular vision. Some call it seeing with the third eye. Whatever the name, it’s emerging as something real. Something we’ve had all along and quietly ignored, the way we’ve ignored a lot of our own capacities while staying busy in the external, materialist world.

I’ve started my own devoted practice with this. Slowly, I’m perceiving colors and outlines while fully blindfolded. Not fast, not dramatic — more a path of remembering than learning.

Call it perception, call it intuition, call it seeing with your third eye. Call it what you will. It’s real, it’s happening, and it’s a beautiful piece of our re-awakening.

Here’s the part that got really exciting though…

I started practicing my teaching with my niece and nephew and they got it from day one. Very little training or guidance required - full blackout blindfold masks on, and they were ‘seeing’ colors and shapes without a second thought, with probably a 98% accuracy.

Children are so naturally open that this comes far easier to them than it does to us. Adults can absolutely learn it too (that’s the process I’m in the middle of), but watching a child do instinctively what’s taking me months of dedicated practice tells you something about what we quietly lose on the way to growing up.

It turns out so much of what we’ve been taught to believe — and to see — is just a tiny fragment. There’s a lot more sitting on the other side of human intelligence than we’ve been led to think.

This is where I plan to start devoting my time, energy, and practice, as well as creating the space for others to learn these techniques. And I’m hoping some of you are intrigued enough to come along for the ride.

It Doesn’t Stop At Mindsight

Mindsight is one thread. Telepathy, mediumship, remote viewing, and the “claires” — knowing, hearing, seeing things most people don’t — are other areas of human intelligence that are calling me in. A return home to real abilities many of our ancestors revered and tapped into.

I’ve been a massive skeptic of all of this in the past. I grew up with a fairly “woo” mother, and even though I had countless mystical experiences when I was younger, I locked these down tight, and threw away the key. Maybe it was out of fear, maybe it was because no one else seemed to be talking about these things. Either way I learnt to shove it far, far away.

But it never felt right. And there’s been this massive missing piece of me for a long time. Perhaps a calling that I have had since very young that I was too afraid to answer.

But after the last few years, I’ve had several mystical experiences that I can’t deny anymore. Some I plan to share properly one day — and I’m hoping to open up more space for you to share your sacred stories too.

Why This Matters for Sensitive Souls…

We’re in the middle of a quantum leap in technology right now. But we are also starting to ‘remember’ our divine human intelligence — and I think highly sensitive people are going to be some of the first to remember how to access it.

We have abilities that are far more accessible to us than most people, simply because of our sensitivity. I think that’s an advantage, not a liability.

So, What’s Actually Changing?

Kind of everything, to be honest. Slowly, though.

I want to be transparent about that rather than promise some dramatic overnight shift I can’t back up.

I’ll still be offering Substack strategy & marketing support through 1:1s — that’s not disappearing, and I’m genuinely grateful to everyone who’s been part of that world with me. If this is something you want to explore reach out and book a discovery call.

But I’ll be pausing my Substack Sanctuary 8 week group cohorts for a while, and my current paid membership is going to start shifting toward this deeper world — toward mindsight, extra sensory abilities, mystical experiences, and developing perceptual abilities that sensitive people have carried for a long time.

So this leads me to something new that is emerging…

Introducing Sensitive Superhumans

I’m releasing a new paid tier called Sensitive Superhumans, for sensitive people who want to explore extra-sensory intelligence — the part of us that lives beyond the five senses.

This space is open to people of any age or gender who’ve experienced more than they’ve had room to talk about. It will be a space held with heart coherence, kindness, and compassion — which are key ingredients in developing any extra-sensory abilities.

Here’s some of what I’m envisioning, though nothing is finalized:

• Bi-weekly practice sessions — starting with Mindsight practice, we’ll be exploring practical ways to access this ability, plus others such as telepathy, remote viewing and intuition together. Venturing in this alone can feel isolating and interestingly many of these abilities are actually heightened when practicing with others.

• Guides and resources for theoretically and practical applications.

• Guest teachers and experts to guide the parts I’m still learning myself.
